Before planning your biking (or hiking) vacation, contact the trail manager to determine the status of current trail conditions and the degree of difficulty you can expect to encounter. Some trails, in particular the rail-trails, may be only partially developed or under repair. Always obtain a trail guide or map before starting out on any trail.
